Firm, somewhat vegetal, herbal and a hint of bacon aroma with yellow fruity aromas, smoke, a hint of bread crust, paprika and mineral notes. Fine, again quite tightly knit, clear fruit with relatively lively acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, a trace of dark fruit in the background, yeasty hints, minerality, some smoke and nutty tones, aloe vera, hints of grilled peppers and green asparagus, still young, good substance and some depth, very good, juicy and finely spicy, again grippy finish.

Best to drink: 2023-2027+. What our ratings mean
