Firm, deep and multi-layered, clearly vegetal, somewhat nutty and slightly bacony aroma of ripe yellow fruits and a little mustard pickle with smoky tones, herbs, black berry traces, mushrooms, a little seaweed, ethereal spice and minerality. Concentrated, ripe, juicy fruit, fine acidity and grip of friable tannin, nutty and delicately buttery tones, ethereal-herbal nuances, a little dark spice, excellent substance and good depth, peppery nuances, some caramel and peanut, lots of melting but also grip, very good to long, firm finish.
