Firm and quite deep, relatively cool yellow-fruity aroma with a hint of mustard cucumber, green asparagus, tarragon, floral nuances, some minerality, smoky and peaty nuances and hints of green pepper. Dense, juicy, partly candied fruit with yellow spice and sweetish melt, very fine acidity, light nutty and also nut butter nuances, very slightly bacony in the background, mushrooms in the background, has grip, good substance and depth, a little sea buckthorn, very good, firm finish with ripe juice, melt and again rather yellow spice.
