Tart, firm and quite deep, dried-vegetable and slightly nutty aroma with restrained ripe-yellow-fruity aromas as well as tobacco nuances. Ripe, somewhat warm, melting, dense fruit, nutty, vegetal and hinted spicy notes, restrained, crumbly tannin, persistent, tart mineral tones in the background, good depth, multilayered, has plenty of power, very good, melting, ripe-juicy and spicy finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Kühler, geschliffener, fein-vegetabiler bis kräuteriger und einen Hauch pfeffriger Duft mit herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen, einer Spur Tabak und deutlicher Mineralik. Fest gewirkte, reife, saftige Frucht mit feiner vegetabiler und leicht nussiger Würze, etwas Pfeffer und wieder sehr präsenter Mineralik, lebendige Säure und etwas Gerbstoff am Gaumen, nachhaltig und dicht, gute Tiefe, ölige und nussige Anklänge, viel Griff und zugleich Schmelz, noch kaum entwickelt, sehr guter bis langer, schmelzig-saftiger, würziger und wieder leicht öliger Abgang mit viel Biss.
