2021 Südsteiermark DAC Ehrenhausen Sauvignon Blanc Ortswein trocken "Sieme", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Clearly vegetal and a touch peppery aroma with white and yellow fruit and a little nutty aromas. Tart, fine fruit, lively acidity and some grip, ethereal notes on the palate, light woody hints, good persistence and substance, some power but also freshness, a hint of dark berries in the background, some melting, ethereal-herbal notes, quite aromatic style, very good finish.
