Firm, bright nutty and a little vegetal aroma with pome fruit and citrus aromas as well as yeasty and hints of floral notes. Relatively slender, cool and again light fruit, clearly nutty aromas, some yeast and vegetal tones, a hint of smoke in the background, some melting, has polish, good persistence and substance, light barrel tones, chalky and salty minerality in the background, a hint of lime peel, very good, tart finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
