Translate to English Leicht fleischig-animalischer und an grüne Mixed Pickles erinnernde, rauchige und zart pfeffrige Nase mit erst verhaltenen, dann deutlicheren Aromen von Sauerkirschen und schwarzen Beeren, Tabak und erdigen Tönen. Im Mund zunächst relativ abweisend, trocknend, speckig, erdig und rau, mit Luft dann auch Frucht und gewisser Saft, merklicher Alkohol, getrocknet-gemüsige Aromen, Kräuternoten im Hintergrund, ganz leicht pfeffrig, gute Substanz, gebrannte Noten, ziemlich rustikale Art, guter bis sehr guter, nur wieder trocknender Abgang mit gebrannten Noten.
