Firm, tart nose with prominent vegetal notes, but very refreshing, with citrus, gooseberry and pear fruit. Very clear and straightforward style, elegantly juicy on the palate, elegant, playful acidity, very elegant herbs and spices and mienral notes, good persistence, polished style, has some depth, elegant fruit, delicate herbaceous and mineral notes on a good finish.
