Prominent mineral notes on the nose, ripe pomaceous fruit, some honeydew melon and citrus fruit, hint of green vegetables and light peppery notes. Quite concentrated and juicy on the palate, some more peppery and prominent mineral notes, cool herbaceous notes, very creamy, persistent, harmonious, medium depth, full-bodied but not really heavy, very good finish.

Editor note: Aples, peaches and citrus fruit on the nose, cool mineral notes. Very clear and quite juicy fruit, mineral and herbaceous notes, elegant acidity, creamy on the palate, full-bodied, delicately sweet spicy notes, straightforward style, good persistence, good finish.
