Ripe apples, light, spicy vegetal notes and some pulses o nthe nose, tart mineral notes. Quite soft, almost creamy fruit, more spicy notes, very elegant acidity and mineral notes, some caramel and bruised apples on the palate, fairly creamy, good persistence, attractive to good finish.
