Ripe pears and honeydew melon on the nose, herbs and spices, tart mineral notes, prominent peppery notes. Cool and firm on the palate, peppery spice and tart mineral notes, prominent herbaceous notes, very elegant, lively acidity, firm structure, full-bodied, persistent, good depth, light tobacco notes, prominent acid bite, very long finish with more prominent mineral notes. First-rate.
