Fairly mature nose, partly dried apples and citrus fruit, yellow bell peppers, delicate hint of hay, mineral and light yeasty notes. Also slightly mature on the palate, cool fruit with vegetal notes reminiscent of green bell pepeprs here, elegant acidity, mineral notes, good persistence, noticeable alcohol, but at the same time quite a cool style, medium depth and length.

Editor note: Concentrated, deep nose, peppery with prominent mineral notes, with some apple, honeydew melon and ripe pears. Surprisingly cool, in spite of being full-bodied, almost salty mineral character, with white pepper, elegant, lively acidity, herbaceous notes in the background, firm bite, very persistent on the palate, very good depth, totally transparent style, long finish. Needs time to mature.
