Rather restrained, somewhat vegetal to herbal, nutty and mushroomy scent of yellow fruits with light floral, yellow-spicy and a little brown butter. Clear, firm, tart citrus fruit with a hint of yeast, tobacco and dark berries, fine acidity, has grip of ripe tannin, hints of nut butter and lichen, good persistence, chalky minerality, a hint of saffron, very good finish with grip.
