2018 Süd-Steiermark Ried Zieregg Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Clear, polished, slightly floral and fresh-vegetable, rather bright yellow-fruity nose with fine herbal aromas, minerality, hints of red berries and some fennel. Ripe, warm, again predominantly light fruit, clearly flavours of fat nuts and vanilla, very fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, melting on the palate, fennel again in the background, also clearly butter, tobacco and spicy tones, very good, warm, somewhat broad finish
