Slightly cloudy gold to ochre. Firm, nutty, somewhat yeasty and yellow-spicy aroma with yellow-fruity, delicately floral and very slightly fungal aromas. Ripe, juicy, tart fruit, again nutty and somewhat spicy, yeasty hints, a little dried citrus zest, fine acidity, a lot of touch of crumbly tannin, mineral tones, very good, juicy and spicy finish
