Strongly vegetal, reminiscent of artichokes and cabbage, also smoky and with air increasingly yellow-spicy nose with yellow-fruity and a little bready notes. Ripe, melty, warm fruit, again clearly vegetable aromas, yellow spice and a little bread crust, fine acidity, crumbly tannins, mushroom notes, nutty to woody tones, lots of melt and alcohol, some salt and chalk, very good, warm and melty, spicy finish
