2016 Thermenregion Chardonnay trocken "Tradition", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Tart nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate hint of mushrooms, restrained yellow fruit, light mineral notes, floral traces. Clear, ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, floral and delicate nutty notes, hint of vanilla and buttery traces, very elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, salty traces, lemony notes, medium body, noticeable high alcohol, white pepper in the background, slightly muted, spicy and mineral notes on a good to very good, juicy, alcoholic finish.
