Clear, polished nose, predominantly black nad some red berries and cherries, light dried herbs and peppery notes. Ripe, juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, toasted, spicy oak and some chocolate, integrated sandy tannins, sooty traces, hint of cocoa butter, quite full-bodied, good persistence, slightly sweetish and creamy, peppery traces, hint of bacon, good to very good, tart, slightly astringent finish.
