2022 Vulkanland Steiermark DAC Straden Grauburgunder Ortswein trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Clear, somewhat nutty and delicately smoky aroma with fine yellow-fruity aromas, vegetal to herbal nuances and a hint of bacon. Quite firmly woven, fine-juicy, tart fruit, again smoky, nutty and somewhat vegetal tones, lively acidity and grip, quite clearly salt in the background, good persistence, still young, very good, firm, tart-juicy and grippy finish.
