Firm and quite deep, calm, fine-vegetable aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, some herb seedlings, pistachios, rye and sunflower seeds. Ripe, juicy, slightly warm fruit with almost a little sweet melting and very fine acidity, dense and persistent on the palate, fine vegetal flavours, sunflower seeds again, a hint of parsley, hints of candied citrus zest, a hint of smoke, hints of green olives, certain minerality in the background, restrained power, very good, juicy and finely spicy finish.
