2015 Vulkanland Steiermark Grauburgunder trocken Steirische Klassik, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, tart nose, nutty and vegetal notes, prominent earthy and mineral notes, restrained, cool pomaceous fruit. Ripe, juicy, spicy fruit on the palate, dried vegetal and nutty aromas, very elegant and fairly lively acidity, ripe tannins provide a fairly firm grip, quite concentrated and persistent, prominent mineral notes, still young, hint of tobacco in the background, hint of smoked bacon, very good juicy, tart, spicy finish.
