Translate to English Kühler, herber und fester Duft nach Wurzelgemüse und Paprika mit feinen gelb- und grünfruchtigen Aromen, noch etwas Hefe, nussigen Tönen, mit Luft auch etwas Holz sowie viel erdiger Mineralik. Sehr fest auch im Mund, geschliffene, feinsaftige, knochentrockene Frucht, nussige und leicht holzige Töne, feine vegetabile Aromen, nachhaltig am Gaumen, dicht und dabei ausgesprochen fein, sehr harmonische Säure, ein Hauch Olivenöl im Hintergrund, deutliche Mineralik, in sich ruhend, ausgezeichnete Tiefe, ganz klassischer, im besten Sinne altmodischer Stil, langer, vielschichtiger, relativ kühler Abgang. Braucht Zeit.
