Very slightly smoky, bacon aroma with rather warm yellow fruity and also a little fresh vegetal aromas, nutty traces, courgette, hints of eucalyptus and mushrooms as well as a touch of butter. Warm fruit also in the mouth, nutty, vegetal, smoky and buttery tones, fine acidity, some grip of crumbly-sandy tannin, persistent, has power and melting, but also a firm backbone, in the background minerality going into saltiness, very good, tart, again smoky finish.

Best to drink: 2023-2027+. What our ratings mean
