Fairly cool nose, light herbaceous notes, nutty traces, citrus fruit, floral traces, some yellow spice, hint of tobacco, mineral notes. Youthful, delicately sweet fruit on the palate, yeasty traces, lively acidity, hint of red berries, light grip, good persistence, delicate peppery notes and some yellow spice in the background, fairly prominent mineral notes, hint of clarified butter, dried oranges, touch of sugar candy and caramel, good finish, but still slightly astringent. Needs time to mature.
