Prominent vegetal and light earthy notes on the nose, restrained yellow fruit, floral traces, delicate spice, fairly prominent mineral notes. Initially has prominent vegetal notes on the palate, yeasty and nutty aromas, with aeration increasingly shows sweetish pomaceous fruit, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide light grip, creamy, fairly full-bodied and persistent, some sugar candy in the background, touch of yellow spice and tobacco, good depth, very good sweetish finish.
