Cool, clear and firm, still somewhat yeasty, also fresh-vegetable to herbaceous nose with very fine yellow-fruity aromas, floral and nutty traces and mineral hints. Fairly firm, youthful, juicy, nutty and still delicately yeasty fruit, herbaceous-vegetable flavours, a hint of avocado, persistent and substantial on the palate, citrus fillets, a hint of smoke, distinct minerality, certain depth, has freshness and energy, very good, taut, juicy, mineral and nutty finish with fine vegetal spice.
