Cool, freshly vegetal, quite noble citrus nose with light mineral tones as well as some capers and artichokes. Ripe, very juicy, clear, cool fruit, quite dense, clear fresh vegetal flavours on the palate, a hint of smoke and yeast, again light minerality, also fine vegetal spiciness, lively acidity, a hint of dark berries in the background, then sweetish crab meat, some pome fruit, firm structure, very good, dense, juicy finish, again with fresh vegetal spice and a lot of bite.

Best to drink: 2025-2031+. What our ratings mean
