Relatively cool, firm, somewhat smoky, vegetal to herbaceous and slightly nutty nose, light yellow fruit with a hint of gooseberries and nuances reminiscent of mussels and wasabi. Polished, juicy, firm fruit with a slightly sweetish melt, fine acidity, has a grip of ripe tannins, good persistence, hints of oysters and fine vegetal notes, a certain depth, salty and chalky minerality, very good finish with cool juice and herbal spice.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
