Fairly cool, firm and deep, somewhat smoky, nutty and vegetal to herbaceous nose, light yellow fruit with light dark berry and mushroomy aromas, a hint of corn poularde and fennel. Polished, firm, juicy fruit with nuances reminiscent of paprika, shallots and parsley, lively acidity, has grip, good persistence, clear minerality, some depth, very good to long finish with a hint of coriander.
