2021 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Flamberg Morillon Grosse STK Ried trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, dense and deep, slightly smoky and still a hint of yeasty aroma with light citrus and pomaceous fruit aromas, fine vegetal tones, some minerality, shellfish and moderate barrel notes. Ripe, concentrated, very juicy, noble fruit, fine vegetal flavours, hints of smoke and yeasty nuances, very fine, yet present acidity, intense minerality on the palate, persistent, excellent depth, almost cold-looking style, delicate grip, has plenty of tension and backbone, still very young, very good to long finish, again with noble, cool juice, fresh vegetal tones and minerality. Great.
