Firm and deep, very slightly developed, herbaceous-vegetable and somewhat fennel-like scent with restrained, tart yellow-fruity aromas, almonds, a little stewed mushrooms, sesame and a hint of mustard seeds as well as a trace of black berries and light woody hints. Quite firm, somewhat warm, melting fruit with fine acidity and delicate grip, nutty tones reminiscent of sesame, again also fennel, red and black berry nuances, ethereal spice, persistent and powerful, slightly buttery, good depth, quite complex, distinct minerality, very good, firm, juicy, melting and spicy finish with bite.
