Cool nose, still undeveloped, vegetal and prominent yeasty notes, light yellow fruit and some almonds, mussell shells and floral traces. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, more prominent yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, salty and delicate floral notes, persistent, some depth, yeasty again on a very good firm, juicy, fresh vegetal finish.
