Firm nose, prominent vegetal, light herbaceous and peppery notes, restrained yellow fruit, yeasty notes, some root vegetables, stinging nettles and mineral notes. Fairly firm and quite full-bodied on the palate, ripe, fairly creamy fruit, yeasty and light nutty notes, hint of caramel, very elegant, fairly lively acidity, integrated tannins, some sugar candy, good substance and some depth, slightly noticeable watm alcohol, still undeveloped, slightly spicy and creamy on a very good finish. Needs time to mature.
