Somewhat bacony and slightly dried-vegetable to herbal scent of black berries with delicate cherry and red berry notes. Clear, quite polished, rather cool, fine-juicy fruit, sweet wood spice, delicate clove tones, pepper, allspice and a little vanilla, smoky nuances, certain acid bite, fine, youthful tannin, good persistence, quite clear minerality, has freshness, very good finish, again with bite.
