Firm and deep, slightly smoky, tart-vegetable aroma with fine yellow-fruity flavours, green pepper, fresh and dried herbs, a little caper berries, celery as well as floral and dark berry nuances. Ripe, juicy fruit with yellow spice, smoky and nutty tones, herbs and again green pepper, dense and persistent on the palate, has power and tension, green-asparagus tones in the background, nutty flavours, a hint of butter, clear minerality, also a little dark fruit and spice, very good, dense and firm finish with grip, smoke, mussel meat and black pepper.
