Very light hint of bacon on the nose, dried herbs, black berries and cherries, light toasted, nutty oak, earthy notes. Firm, tart, juicy, dark fruit on the palate, toasted oak, some dark chocolate and coffee, fairly prominent fine, sandy tannins, light bite, full body, good substance and persistence, dried herbs and peppery notes, veryslightly rustic style, becomes more fresh, polished and juicy with aeration, still undeveloped, dark fruit, oak and dark chocolate again on a very good finish.
