Clear, firm, fairly polished fruit on the palate, smoky, toasted oak, some cocoa and pepperytraces, fairly prominent youthful tannins, still slightly sandy, light acid bite, full body, good persistence, hint of tobacco, earthy and salty mineral notes, still undeveloped, some depth, still slightly oaky on a very good, firm finish.
