Translate to English Noch ziemlich reduktive, deutlich vegetabile Nase mit gelb- und grünfruchtigen Nuancen, hefigen Anklängen und frischen Kräutern. Recht fest gewirkte, herbe Frucht mit frischen pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Aromen, straffer Säure und zartem Gerbstoff, etwas speckig am Gaumen, erdige und salzige mineralische Töne, gute Nachhaltigkeit, rauchige Nuancen, hat Biss, gewisse Tiefe, noch kaum entwickelt, sehr guter, eher herber Abgang mit etwas Schmelz und angedeutet Olivenöl.
