2016 Kamptal DAC Ried Heiligenstein Riesling Reserve trocken ÖTW Erste Lage, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Firm nose, some dried vegetal notes and tobacco, prominent mineral notes, yellow fruit, herbs and a hint of mushrooms. Ripe, firm, sweetish juicy fruit on the palate, dried herbs and some tobacco, light spicy nutty notes, lively acidity, integrated tannins provide firm grip, perisstent and concentrated, some sugar candy, intense mineral notes, floral traces, hint of black berries, still very young, clear contours, very good grippy, juicy finish. Has potential for long maturation.
