Firm nose, prominent vegetal and light yeasty notes, restrained yellow fruit, pepper, pineapple and prominent mineral notes. Ripe,. fairly sweet, partly candied and overripe fruit on the palate, nutty and buttery traces, prominent yeasty notes, lively, elegant acidity, light grip, good substance and persistence, some peppery spice, hint of soup greens, salty mineral notes, hint of wilted flowers, slightly sweetish and buttery again on a very good finish.
