Tart nose, dried vegetal notes, prominent earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of tobacco. Juicy, firm and grippy on the palate, full-bodied, very ripe, concentrated fruit, elegant acidity, prominent but integrated tannins, still has yeasty traces in the background, compact structure, persistent, good depth, prominent tart mineral notes, slightly sweetish and creamy, both warm and cool elements, dried vegetal and nutty aromas, very good firm, juicy, minerally finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Ziemlich mineralischer und getrocknet-pflanzlicher Steinobst-Zitrusduft mit tabakigen Noten. Saftig, schmelzig und dabei völlig trocken im Mund, reife Frucht mit herber Würze, sehr feine Säure, erdige Mineralik am Gaumen, viel Griff und sehr gute Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Tiefe, ein Hauch Karamell, ganz unaufgeregter Stil, sehr guter Abgang.
