Bright, slightly cloudy amber. Firm and deep, quite complex, yeasty, somewhat spicy, nutty, and distinctly dried-floral nose with hints of somewhat ripe yellow fruits, fine vegetal aromas, a touch of tobacco and herbs, as well as noticeable minerality. Ripe, firm, bitter fruit with nuances reminiscent of citrus zest, nutmeg, and again herbs, lively acidity that weaves through the wine, plenty of grip, dense, deep, and persistent, distinctly salty and chalky minerality, yeasty notes, very good, firm, bitter-juicy, and again mineral finish with cool plant aromas and a hint of pepper.
