2018 Ried Salzberg trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Deep and firm, polished aroma of ripe black berries, some black olives, capers and hints of dried tomatoes, a hint of root vegetables in the background, smoky and tobacco nuances, a little pepper and bacon as well as mineral tones. Firmly knit, very juicy, ripe, fresh, polished fruit, some acid bite and present, very fine, ripe tannin, herbal nuances in the background, dark ethereal spice and salty minerality, deep and complex, still young, very good to long, multi-layered, juicy and ethereal-spicy finish.
