Cool, somewhat dried-vegetable to herbal and very slightly peppery scent of bright yellow fruits with a hint of dried mushrooms. Bright, rather restrained citrus fruit with a hint of mint, lively, almost present acidity, light tannic grip, certain persistence, hints of kumquats and limes, salty tones, quite animating, good to very good finish.
