2017 Sauvignon Blanc trocken Leithakalk, Burgenland, Austria

Cool, fairly shy, delicately yeasty nose, hint of white pepper and green bell peppers, yellow fruit, floral notes. Firm, tart fruit on the palate, light yeasty and prominent vegetal notes, more prominent bell peppers and some white pepper, fairly prominent acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, salty notes and a hint of bacon in the background, good persistence, good, tart finish.
