2013 trocken Cigar Reserva, Burgenland, Austria

Dried vegetal and earthy notes on the nose, black and red berries, some cherries, spicy oak, tarry notes, some juniper and licorice. Tart juicy fruit on the palate, smoky, toasted oak, prominent herbs and spices, some more juniper, fine sandy tannins, slightly astringent, spicy aromas, hint of citrus, some bite, good persistence, good to very good smoky finish.
