Sweetish, delicately spicy nose, caramel and some honey, roasted nuts and candied yellow fruit. Supple pomaceous fruit on the palate, preserved and candied, light herbaceous and delicate nutty notes, hint of citrus in the background, elegant acidity provides backbone and balance, not particularly deep, but very clean and elegant, very good finish.
