2001 Leithaberg Ausbruch süß Aus den Rieden, Burgenland, Austria

Complex nose with dried figs, some dates, candied apple slices, some tea leaves, caramel, and leafy notes. Spicy on the palate, sweet figs, candied yellow fruit, dried herbs, some tea and dried kumquat, integrated acidity, full-bodied and deep, elegantly viscous, delicate spice on a long finish.
