Dried and candied pomaceous fruit on the nose, citrus fruit and apricots, candied nutes, some caramel and honey, delicate smoky and roasted notes. Cool, sweet and full-bodied on the palate, smoky and mineral notes, very elegant light acid bite, persistent, more dried and candied yellow fruit, well integrated oak, has substance and some depth, delicate maturation notes in the background, excellent balance, long finish.
