Festering, a somewhat vegetal and delicately yeasty citrus-pome fragrance with nutty undertones. Bright, very subtly melting, pome-focused fruit with fine yeasty, nutty, and gently buttery aromas, very fine acidity, a bit of grip, good sustainability, chalky and salty nuances, slightly dried-vegetal hints, good to very good, bitter finish.
